History Lesson

The kids and I were reviewing a recent history lesson about the beginning of the American Revolution.

Me: Who rode through the streets shouting, "The British are coming! The British are coming!"

Katie: Don Quixote?

What?! Where did that come from?! :-)

A while ago we had read this book and both of the kids really got a kick out of it. Needless to say, our history lesson dissolved into laughter!
